About the Role
The Human Resources Specialist will manage core HR activities to support Convinco’s growing team in New Delhi. This part-time hybrid role involves maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, and assisting with performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The specialist will help implement and update HR policies, administer benefits, and respond to employee queries while ensuring compliance with local employment regulations. The role includes collaborating with leadership to promote a positive workplace culture, organizing HR-related trainings, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes. While the position is based in New Delhi, some work-from-home flexibility is available.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with practical experience in an organizational setting.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in Personnel Management, including employee relations, performance support, and conflict resolution.
- Understanding of recruitment processes, onboarding practices, and HR documentation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Familiarity with HR software or HRIS tools is a plus.
- Experience in a tech or SaaS environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
