About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our jewellery retail team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.
- Explain product details, designs, pricing, and offers.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and support daily showroom operations.
- Maintain product displays and showroom presentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
