Technical PM

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of Tech projects in line with the company's technology strategy. You will lead cross-functional activities and coordinate resources to execute key Tech infrastructure and operations projects to meet desired outcomes and realize planned benefits. You will also be responsible for the planning, management, and delivery of other technology and operations projects from ideation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Skillfully manage internal stakeholders and external third-party suppliers to deliver complex projects and change programs.
• Be responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of high priority technology projects, including infrastructure, operations, and IT security.
• Monitor and track project progress regularly, re-prioritizing as needed.
• Identify, assess, and monitor risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely project delivery.
• Continuously monitor the cost and quality of project deliverables to ensure solutions are cost-effective, resilient, and supportable.
• Work with appropriate Tech resources to make recommendations regarding project delivery.
• Select implementation approaches that minimize risk while meeting project timeline and cost objectives.
• Communicate project progress and status to the project sponsor and other team members, and act as part of steering groups.
• Keep all stakeholders well informed of progress.
• Obtain sufficient information to make well-informed and substantiated decisions.
• Design and populate reports and presentations, circulating drafts for comment and managing delivery within deadlines.
• Support management and colleagues to execute successful transition, transformation, and lasting change.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Project management experience, particularly in IT infrastructure, technology, and IT security.
• Experience in the delivery of large-scale programs and projects.
• Experience working with 3rd party partners to deliver projects.
• Experience working in a Financial Services environment (Nice to have).
• Fluent in English (knowledge of French is an asset).
