About the Role

• Drive new business opportunities by identifying and engaging international clients, with a strong focus on UK, US, and India-based markets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support Conserve Solutions’ growth and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the Engineering & Construction domain.
• Handle end-to-end business development activities for UK, US & India-based clients including lead generation and deal closure.
• Conduct business presentations, capability briefings, and solution demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Develop and execute effective business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
• Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth proposal submission and client onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain accurate business reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Mandatory experience in UK or US OR Indian client handling including lead generation, relationship management, proposal coordination, and closures.
• Proven background in Business Development within Engineering, Construction, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a strategic, analytical, and result-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business reporting systems.

Qualifications

• UG: Any Graduate (PG preferred)
