Ventii is an event-tech startup simplifying how companies discover venues, plan events, and bring experiences to life. We're looking for a creative, social-media-savvy individual who can turn ideas into engaging content and help build Ventii’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate, script, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
• Create performance-driven video ads for Meta (Instagram & Facebook).
• Shoot content at venues, events, and behind the scenes.
• Develop creative hooks, storytelling formats, and content concepts.
• Create product demos and founder-led content.
• Stay updated with social media trends and experiment with new formats.
• Design social media creatives, carousels, and thumbnails.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Edits, or similar).
• Ability to shoot quality content using a smartphone or camera.
• Good understanding of Meta and content trends and storytelling.
• Canva editing is a plus.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
