About the Role
Carvana is seeking entry-level automotive professionals to join their team. These roles offer opportunities in detailing vehicles, managing the vehicle lot, capturing vehicle imagery, and inspecting vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Detailer: Detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
- Lot Attendant: Moving vehicles between departments in Inspection Centers.
- Photobooth Associate: Taking photos of vehicles for customer viewing.
- Inspection Associate: Inspecting vehicle interiors and exteriors to identify imperfections/defects.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
- Ability to work while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
- Must use safety equipment, which may include face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Qualifications
- Entry-level position with available training programs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
