It Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for IT positions across various technologies and experience levels.

Work Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM
• Based on target achievement and performance, employees may be eligible for fixed Saturday and Sunday weekly offs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Negotiate compensation and assist in offer management.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
• Prior experience in IT Recruitment will be preferred.
