Role Overview

Recrivio is looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Intern who is enthusiastic about technology, people, and problem-solving. The intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring requirements, identify relevant candidates, engage with engineering talent, and support end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills, and want hands-on exposure to technology hiring and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand technical hiring requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Source candidates for software engineering, IT, and other technical roles through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate conversations to evaluate communication, interest, availability, and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Learn and use modern recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and AI-powered hiring solutions.

Who Should Apply?

• Preferred backgrounds: B.Tech/BE, other engineering disciplines, or MBA/PGDM candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in talent acquisition and technology.
• Good research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, or recruitment platforms is an advantage.
• Prior recruitment or internship experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
