Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom sessions for NEET aspirants, explaining physics concepts clearly and structurally, aligned with the NEET syllabus.
- Plan lesson schedules.
- Prepare teaching materials.
- Solve numerical problems step by step.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions for students.
- Design and review tests.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to help learners strengthen weak areas.
- Coordinate with academic staff on curriculum planning.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and progress.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of NEET-level physics topics.
- Strong knowledge of the official NEET exam pattern and syllabus.
- Proven experience in classroom teaching or coaching for NEET or similar competitive exams.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured, and engaging manner.
- Skill in creating and reviewing practice papers, assignments, and assessments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate groups of students.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Comfort with using basic educational technology tools for presentations and test analysis.
- Commitment to maintaining a professional, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
