About the Role

Saatvik Agro is seeking an Analyst Backend Engineer (Java) for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and experienced professionals interested in Java backend development, software engineering, REST APIs, databases, microservices, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, system integration, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Java-based backend services, APIs, databases, internal platforms, enterprise applications, automation solutions, and digital systems.
• Collaborate with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Java backend development, backend engineering, software development, application development, API development, enterprise software, or related technology roles.
• Basic to good knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, multithreading, concurrency, and clean coding practices.
• Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and system integration.
• Understanding of database design, normalization, joins, indexing, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, queries, query optimization, and data-access concepts will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure Java backend solutions.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
• Strong willingness to learn new Java technologies, backend frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software-engineering practices.
• Internship, academic project, Java project, Spring Boot project, backend project, API project, database project, microservices project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
