About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct applied research in AI and IoT.
- Research emerging IoT technologies, architectures, and applications.
- Develop IoT prototypes and proof-of-concept systems.
- Work with sensors, connected devices, gateways, and edge/cloud platforms.
- Explore AI/ML applications for IoT-generated data.
- Conduct experiments and evaluate system performance.
- Develop technical demonstrations.
- Contribute to research papers and technical reports.
- Explore technology development and commercialization opportunities.
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and industry professionals.

Qualifications
- PhD or final-year PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IoT, Robotics, AI/ML, Embedded Systems, or a related STEM field.
- Strong IoT expertise and working knowledge of AI are encouraged.
- Experience with Python, C/C++, embedded systems, sensors, wireless communications, IoT platforms, edge/cloud computing, computer vision, digital twins, or robotics is valuable.
