About The Role
The Sales Development Representative is the front line of the revenue engine for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying buyers for the account executive team. This role directly shapes the growth of the business: every qualified meeting booked feeds enterprise pipelines, and top performers can advance into senior sales roles within 12-18 months.
Key Responsibilities

- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and product-signup flows within SLA
- Book discovery meetings for account executives and maintain consistent weekly activity and pipeline-generation targets
- Research accounts using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to personalize multi-touch sequences
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, logging calls, notes, and next steps in Salesforce
- Run A/B tests on messaging and sequences, and share insights with marketing to refine ICP targeting
- Exceed monthly quota while demonstrating mastery of product, market, and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or a customer-facing role; recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to engage senior stakeholders over the phone
- Coachable mindset with resilience to handle rejection and a high-velocity, metrics-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a CRM and sales-engagement stack
- Demonstrated drive to hit quotas and compete for President's Club-level recognition
Bonus points for:
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud, or data infrastructure
- Familiarity with MEDDIC/BANT qualification frameworks
- Internship experience in tech sales
