The Opportunity

An entrepreneurial and growth-oriented Co-Founder is sought to join Collive Residence and help scale the business. This opportunity is suited to someone with an established network in the B2B study abroad and international education industry, including overseas education consultants, student recruitment agencies, institutional partners, and education service providers. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, industry relationships, and a strong ability to convert business opportunities into sustainable growth. You will work closely with the existing founder to shape the company's growth strategy, expand its partner ecosystem, and establish Collive Residence as a trusted name. This is an opportunity to build and grow a business together, with shared ownership, responsibility, and a long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the study abroad and international education sectors.
• B2B Partnerships: Leverage existing industry relationships to establish partnerships with overseas education consultants, recruitment agencies, universities, and institutional stakeholders.
• Strategic Alliances: Build and manage relationships with student accommodation providers, property operators, and other relevant industry partners.
• Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to generate qualified student leads, increase accommodation bookings, and build sustainable revenue streams.
• Market Expansion: Identify new study destinations, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
• Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the existing founder on business strategy, commercial priorities, and long-term expansion.
• Execution & Leadership: Take ownership of key business functions, drive initiatives independently, and help build scalable processes.
• Industry Representation: Represent Collive Residence at relevant industry events, networking opportunities, and partnership meetings.

What We're Looking For

• An established professional network in the B2B study abroad, overseas education consultancy, or international student recruitment industry.
• Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales leadership, or entrepreneurship.
• A track record of building relationships and converting them into meaningful commercial opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of revenue generation and business growth.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate in an early-stage business environment.
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach and a willingness to build from the ground up.
• A genuine interest in international education, student mobility, accommodation, or PropTech.
• A strong existing network within the study abroad ecosystem will be a significant advantage.
