Junior System Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic system, network, and application issues.
• Support operational tasks across server environments and perform routine maintenance such as patching and health checks.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and identity access requests.
• Assist with workstation configuration.
• Participate in documentation efforts.
• Provide first-line escalation support for technical issues.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure deployments and project implementations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational understanding of networking concepts and server administration.
• Introductory knowledge of cloud platforms and scripting fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional certification.
