About the Role

As an Assistenz operatives Geschäft (Operations Assistant), you will support the smooth handling of daily operations and processes within the company. You will coordinate operational tasks, assist with the organization of orders and deliveries, and ensure efficient collaboration with internal departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational tasks.

• Maintain data and documents.
• Support reporting activities.
• Contribute to the optimization of workflows.
• Engage in service-oriented communication with customers.
• Process inquiries related to jewelry collections and orders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Operations Skills: Knowledge in Operations and Operations Management to support and shape business processes structurally.
• Analytical Competencies: Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, track key figures, and identify areas for improvement in the operational field.
• Communication & Service Orientation: Confident communication skills and experience in Customer Service for professional interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Organizational & IT Affinity: Good organizational skills and proficient use of common Office programs (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) are advantageous.

Qualifications

• A commercial or business administration apprenticeship/education or a corresponding university degree is desirable.
• Initial work experience in an operational environment or in the fashion/jewelry industry is desirable.
• Personal attributes: Structured work, reliability, attention to detail.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Delhi Area.
