About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Articled Assistant role based in Mangalore. The Articled Assistant will support audit assignments, accounting, and tax compliance work under the guidance of senior team members, including preparation and review of financial statements, ledgers, and working papers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in statutory and internal audits.
- Assisting in direct and indirect tax filings.
- Documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Working on MIS reports.
- Performing basic financial analysis.
- Supporting Virtual CFO engagements, including data collation and report preparation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Interacting with clients in a professional manner.
- Actively learning and applying accounting standards, tax laws, and firm methodologies.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- CA Intermediate cleared in 2026: Candidates who have recently cleared CA Intermediate, either Group I, Group II, or both groups, and are aspiring Chartered Accountants.
- Articleship requirement: Candidates seeking to commence their mandatory two-year CA articleship under the applicable ICAI guidelines.
- Location: Willing to undertake full-time, on-site articleship at our Mangalore office.
- Commitment: Willing to commit to the full two-year articleship period, subject to applicable ICAI regulations.
- Learning mindset: Interested in audit, taxation, accounting, regulatory compliance, MIS, and technology-enabled finance services.
