About the Role

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Eastside of Cincinnati area, including Beechmont, Eastgate, and Ohio Pike. This program offers a career path with opportunities in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations. The program includes training, development, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Act as an operational expert behind the scenes.
• Master skills to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Put customers first.
• Build community relationships.

• Microsoft Excel (implied for financial/operational tasks)
• Microsoft Word (implied for business communication)
• Microsoft Outlook (implied for communication)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's. (Bachelor's degree must be conferred to start).
• Minimum of 6 months experience in at least two of the following areas:
• Sales
• Customer Service
• Leadership/Management
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI conviction on record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no work authorization sponsorship required now or in the future.
• At least 18 years old.

• Targeted 1st year annual compensation: $51,010 - $54,552 (average 46-hour work week).
