About the Role

Accenture Flex offers local, fixed-duration, project-based work powered by Accenture. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week at the client site in Dallas, TX or Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs to support internal and external applications.
• Develop SQL-based data extraction, validation, and transformation workflows.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Assist in improving application reliability through automation and proactive monitoring.
• Implement CRUD operations and service integrations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Java 17+: 1–3 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Spring Boot: 1–3 years of experience developing backend services, APIs, or microservices.
• SQL: 1–3 years of experience with queries, CRUD operations, data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• RESTful APIs: 1–3 years of experience developing and integrating backend APIs and services.
• Data Processing/Migration: 1–3 years of experience or hands-on exposure to data migration, validation, and transformation activities.
• HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Python 3.10+: 1+ year of experience or hands-on exposure to scripting, automation, or data processing.
• Shell Scripting: 1+ year of experience or practical exposure to scripting and automation.
• CI/CD Pipelines: 1+ year of experience or working knowledge of automated build and deployment pipelines.
• Application Monitoring & Automation: 1+ year of experience or exposure to improving application reliability and operational support.
