About the Role
- Job Title: Legal Intern (1L/2L)
- Location: On-site in Glen Allen, VA
- Duration: 10-week summer internship beginning June 2027

Key Responsibilities
The Legal Intern may work on the following key legal functions:
- Corporate governance.
- Regulatory and other governmental filings.
- Compliance work and cybersecurity.
- Contract and agreement review.
- Product development, including reviewing and drafting insurance policy forms across product lines.
The internship will be tailored to the intern's interests.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Currently pursuing a JD degree (1L or 2L).
Qualifications
- Interest in corporate law or insurance.
Compensation
- Expected pay range: $20-25 hourly.
