About the Role

We are hiring dynamic, customer-focused candidates for the International Voice/Chat/Blended Process. The role involves handling customer interactions for UK, US clients via voice, chat and blended ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats for international customers (UK,US process)
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide accurate solutions
• Deliver excellent customer service with a professional approach
• Maintain quality standards and meet performance metrics

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Voice / Chat/ Blended Process
• Process areas: Insurance, Retail, Utility, Banking and Finance, Telecom, Collection, E-Commerce, Technical
• Rotational Shifts (UK, US Shifts)
• 2 days Rotational Weekly Offs

Qualifications

• Undergraduate (UG) / Graduate
• Freshers with excellent English communication skills can apply
• Candidates with 6 months and onwards of international voice/chat experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• 12th / 10+Diploma / Graduates can apply

Salary

• UG/Graduate Fresher: 2.8 to 4.2 LPA (18,000 to 27,000/-) + incentives (Unlimited Incentives Available for Selected Processes)
• Experienced Candidates: 4 to 6.75 LPA (upto 50,000/-) + incentives (Unlimited Incentives Available for Selected Processes)

Location

• Pune (Viman Nagar, Magarpatta, Kharadi, Yerwada, Hinjewadi, Aundh)
