Industrial Trainee

About the Role

The Industrial Trainee internship at Radisson Hotel Group in Dhanbad is an on-site role designed to provide hands-on exposure to hotel operations and industrial processes supporting the hospitality environment. The trainee will assist in observing and optimizing operational workflows, supporting manufacturing or facilities-related activities within the property, and participating in process improvement initiatives aligned with brand standards and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present operational data clearly.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.
• Foundational knowledge or education in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• Interest or exposure to training processes, including documenting procedures and supporting skill development initiatives.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing or process-flow concepts and their application to facilities or service operations.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant diploma or degree program (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or Hotel Management) is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhanbad.
• Ability to follow safety and quality standards.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong time-management skills.
