About the Role
- A full-time, on-site position in Delhi.
- Involves supporting architectural and interior projects from concept development through execution.
- Working closely with senior architects and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing design concepts.
- Preparing working drawings.
- Preparing 3D models.
- Preparing realistic renders.
- Preparing client presentations.
- Assisting with material selection.
- Assisting with project documentation.
- Assisting with site visits.
- Assisting with measurements.
- Assisting with coordination with consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5 Render.
- Ability to produce accurate drawings, detailed 3D models, and high-quality visualizations.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Revit, and other design and presentation software will be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Strong design sense and understanding of architectural planning, interior detailing, materials, and façade design.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting project deadlines.
- Interest in sustainable design and luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and work collaboratively from our Delhi office.
