About the Role

Infojini Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates for the role of US IT Recruiter. This position offers an opportunity to begin a career in international recruitment and gain experience in hiring IT professionals across the US and LATAM regions, including Mexico and Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Understand job descriptions and client hiring requirements.
• Identify, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for IT positions.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess communication skills, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to meet hiring requirements.
• Gain exposure to recruitment across the US and LATAM regions, including Mexico, Colombia, and other markets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Any Graduate qualification.
• Freshers welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in the US shift (6:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
