About the Role

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company SOPs.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain service standards.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, hygiene, and store cleanliness as per company guidelines.
• Monitor sales performance, customer experience, and operational KPIs during the shift.
• Manage staff deployment, shift planning, attendance, and task allocation to ensure adequate manpower.
• Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures, billing accuracy, inventory management, and stock control.
• Support team training, onboarding, and development of Baristas and other team members.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to achieve business targets and maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 13 years of experience in retail, QSR, café, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Prior experience in team handling and shift management will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage customer concerns effectively.
• Good understanding of sales, inventory control, cash handling, and store operations.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Candidates with a Hospitality or Hotel Management background will be preferred.
