About the Role
The Services Technical Excellence Program (STEP) is an intensive three-year rotational program designed to build technical expertise, industry knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills. It combines impactful roles with program curriculum to ready program graduates for crucial business roles. The program allows participants to rotate through three one-year assignments to develop their skillset and discover their passions.

- Field Technical Services
- Material Management
- Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics
- Project Management
- Product Development
Participants will also receive technical, business, and leadership training taught by subject matter experts. Program members will gain frequent exposure to senior business leaders and experience working directly with customers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline.
- Willingness to travel and/or relocate within the US for program assignments.
- Willingness to work in a shop environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship.
