About the Role

This full-time on-site Member role is based in Bengaluru and involves contributing to operational and project activities that support Indegene’s life sciences clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting and analyzing data.
• Documenting processes.
• Assisting in the execution of commercial, medical, R&D, or safety-related workflows under established guidelines.
• Maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Following standard operating procedures.
• Using internal tools and platforms effectively.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a structured, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, healthcare, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to work full time on-site in Bengaluru and manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
• Previous experience or internships in life sciences, healthcare operations, or a regulated industry environment is an advantage.
• Adaptability and a mindset for continuous learning and process improvement.
