About the Role
This part-time Early Careers Program role at Portal Finance Tax Indonesia - Seputar Karir FAT Indonesia is based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work arrangement. The role involves supporting early-career talent through guidance on career paths, educational options, and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with career workshops.
- Responding to inquiries from program participants.
- Maintaining accurate participant records.
- Coordinating schedules for coaching or counseling sessions.
- Collaborating with program leaders to improve services.
- Preparing simple reports on participant progress.
- Ensuring a positive, supportive experience for all individuals in the program.
- Organizing online and in-person events.
- Managing communication channels.
- Following internal policies and procedures.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency with basic office software and online collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing platforms).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications
- Strong Career Counseling and Career Development skills.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Solid Analytical Skills.
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field (students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
