Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Software Engineer at DeepHub AI. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain back-end services and software components that power AI-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient code.
- Implement object-oriented designs.
- Integrate APIs.
- Optimize system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product and AI teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews.
- Contribute to documentation and testing.
- Improve the development workflow.
- Troubleshoot issues in production environments.
- Stay current with best practices in modern software engineering.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and Software Development practices.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with one or more modern languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or similar).
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining APIs, services, and data-processing pipelines.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms or distributed systems is beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or interest in working closely with AI products is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, communicate clearly, and collaborate across functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
