About the Role
Botnex Social, operated by Botnex AI in India, provides a centralized platform for social media agencies and freelancers to manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts for multiple clients. The platform streamlines content planning, client approvals via email links without logins, and automatic publishing.
This is a full-time, remote Software Developer role based in Bengaluru. The Software Developer will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services that power content planning, scheduling, and publishing workflows for social media agencies and freelancers.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement new features.
- Optimize APIs for performance and reliability.
- Integrate AI and data services to enhance captions, hashtags, and bulk planning capabilities.
- Collaborate with product, design, and support teams to refine requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Improve security around client connections.
- Contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming.
- Experience delivering production-ready applications.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience with modern programming languages (such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go).
- Experience with version control (Git).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, or deployment pipelines is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
