About the Role

The Surprise Store is seeking an Experience Specialist – Sales & Customer Experience to join their full-time, on-site team in Bengaluru. This role is for individuals who excel at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards booking unforgettable surprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via WhatsApp and calls.
• Understand customer stories to identify celebration needs and recipient preferences.
• Act as a surprise expert, guiding customers to the right gifting or celebration experiences.
• Convert conversations into confirmed bookings by explaining value, answering questions, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain customer details, conversations, and next steps in the CRM.
• Ensure handover of confirmed bookings with accurate information to the team.
• Work towards sales targets, improve conversion skills, and track progress.

Qualifications

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• No formal degree is required.

• Fluency in Kannada and English.
• Previous experience in sales, customer support, hospitality, or events.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or a CRM.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads, or Google Ads.
• Experience in convincing customers, negotiating, or closing deals.
