About the Role

The role involves technology, implementation, customer interaction, and product support, requiring candidates to be prepared for intensive learning and potential work at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and work with technologies such as Python, Django, and SQL.
• Gain hands-on experience through real-world projects and direct customer interaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations.
• Train end-users.
• Independently support implementation activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong interest in software development and emerging technologies.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with Python and Django.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in interacting with customers and end-users.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as Telugu and Tamil is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, discipline, commitment, and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel and work at customer locations based on project requirements.

Training & Career Development Programme

Phase 1: Training – 4 Months

• Dedicated to technical training and practical learning.
• Practical exposure to Python, Django, SQL, and related technologies.
• Hands-on exercises and real-world project assignments.
• Learning application development, database management, testing, and deployment.
• Covering professional skills, customer interaction, and implementation practices.
• Periodic performance evaluations and a final assessment.

Phase 2: Internship – 6 Months

• Offered to candidates who successfully complete training and meet selection criteria.
• Monthly stipend of ₹10,000.
• Work on actual product development and implementation activities.
• Exposure to live customer projects and deployment activities.
• Performance evaluation based on technical skills, productivity, discipline, learning ability, and project contribution.

Phase 3: Full-Time Employment

• Offered based on performance, project requirements, and organizational needs.
• Salary determined by technical competency, role, responsibilities, performance, and project requirements.

• Fresh graduates looking to start a career in IT and digital technologies.
• Candidates with educational backgrounds in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Engineering Diploma holders with basic technical knowledge and a strong interest in software development.
• Candidates from other educational backgrounds who wish to transition into the IT industry.
• Individuals with prior work experience in other fields who have acquired basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or Django.
• Candidates from non-IT backgrounds are welcome, provided they have foundational technical knowledge (at least SQL) and a willingness to learn.
