About the Role

The Entry-Level Account Manager role is designed for motivated, outgoing, and career-driven individuals looking to start a career in business, sales, and account management. No previous account management experience is required. The role includes structured onboarding and ongoing coaching.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will work directly with customers and support client account growth and development. Responsibilities include:

• Representing client products and services in a professional, customer-facing environment
• Building relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
• Supporting new customer acquisition and account growth
• Providing accurate information about client offerings and promotions
• Maintaining strong communication throughout the customer experience
• Tracking customer interactions, sales activity, and account information
• Collaborating with the team to achieve individual and team objectives
• Participating in ongoing sales, product, and professional development training
• Learning the fundamentals of account management, sales strategy, and business operations
