Project Controls Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements.
• Negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners.
• Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks.
• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and costs to ensure best value for clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical/Chemical projects is preferred.
• Strong, self-sufficient professional capable of managing both planning and cost controls.
• Ability to engage effectively with project stakeholders and provide consistent on-site support.
• Comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures.
• Successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling, and estimating.
• A degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Willingness to travel to client locations in Peenya (Bengaluru North) and/or Jigani (outskirts of Bengaluru).
