About the Role
We are growing intentionally and are looking for an entry and mid-level civil engineer who wants responsibility, mentorship, and a clear growth path. This role is ideal for a civil engineer who:
- Has solid land development experience
- Wants creative ownership over design tasks, not just redlines
- Is tired of being a cog or over-managed
- Wants exposure to the full project lifecycle
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare civil engineering plans for land development projects
- Site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design
- Assist with permitting and agency coordination
- Coordinate with surveyors, planners, and utility providers
- Support construction administration and RFIs
- Review junior-level work as needed
- Contribute to improving internal standards and workflows
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Land development experience
- Working knowledge of local permitting processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong communication and organizational skills
