Staff Accountant I (Fund Accounting)
About the Role
An entry-level opportunity for recent graduates with an interest in finance or accounting to support a growing financial services team focused on investment funds and institutional clients. This role is hybrid remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily cash transactions and general ledger for client funds
- Prepare quarterly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Respond to client and investor inquiries professionally and accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams and management
- Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Must have completed at least 2 accounting courses
- 0+ years of experience (new grads welcome)
