Inside Sales Representative

About the Role

Shiksha Vertex helps learners upskill, grow, and pursue their career aspirations by connecting them with relevant learning opportunities. As part of the sales and marketing team, you will contribute to expanding access to career-focused education and supporting learners throughout their enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable upskilling programs.
• Manage leads and guide prospective learners from initial inquiry through enrollment.
• Conduct follow-ups, provide timely assistance, and maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions.
• Build relationships with students, colleges, and universities.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, webinars, and outreach initiatives.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, gather learner feedback, and share insights with internal teams.
• Work toward business growth and enrollment targets in a target-driven environment.

Requirements

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, student counselling, and consultative conversations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and comfortable managing follow-ups.
• Good time-management skills and the ability to work toward measurable goals.
• Candidates with relevant sales, counselling, admissions, or customer-facing exposure may be considered.

The role is full-time and based in the Shiksha Vertex office in Bangalore.

Compensation includes a fixed CTC of ₹3.6 LPA after confirmation, along with ₹2.5 LPA variable compensation.

The selection process includes a group discussion followed by an HR round.
