Ltd. is an established travel company, founded in 2002, specializing in bespoke luxury holidays, premium hospitality, curated international journeys, and personalized travel experiences. We are looking for passionate travel professionals to join our expanding luxury travel portfolio and international partnerships.

Role: Luxury Travel Consultant – International Holidays

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Luxury Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong destination knowledge, excellent hospitality awareness, and the ability to curate sophisticated, personalized journeys for discerning travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design bespoke international holiday itineraries, including luxury honeymoons, family holidays, private journeys, and premium travel experiences.
• Research and recommend luxury hotels, boutique resorts, private villas, and unique destination experiences.
• Prepare detailed client proposals featuring hotel comparisons, room categories, travel routes, excursions, and pricing.
• Coordinate international flights, hotels, private transfers, sightseeing, and destination services.
• Work closely with international DMCs, hotel partners, and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations and exclusive offerings.
• Understand individual client preferences and recommend suitable travel experiences.
• Manage client inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and booking coordination with accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution from confirmation through post-travel support.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and stay updated on luxury hospitality trends and destinations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in international outbound travel, luxury holidays, or tailor-made travel planning.
• Strong destination knowledge of Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other popular luxury travel destinations.
• Familiarity with luxury hotel brands, room categories, premium resorts, and international hospitality standards.
• Experience preparing detailed itineraries, hotel comparisons, and customized quotations.
• Ability to coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, and travel suppliers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and client relationship management.
• Proficiency with travel booking platforms, Microsoft Office, and quotation preparation tools.
• A passion for travel, hospitality, and delivering personalized client experiences.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with high-end leisure travelers, honeymoon clients, or premium family holidays.
• Knowledge of international hotel distribution systems and travel booking platforms.
• Established relationships with international DMCs or luxury hospitality suppliers.
• Experience handling complex multi-destination international itineraries.
