About the Role
Aviotron Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Accountant to support day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, financial documentation, and compliance activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen accounting skills and gain practical exposure to financial operations in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping using Tally.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and vendor payments.
- Record financial transactions, expenses, receipts, and journal entries accurately.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Support GST and TDS calculations, documentation, and statutory compliance activities.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Track outstanding payments, expenses, and vendor balances.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper financial records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and consultants for accounting-related documentation.
- Assist in maintaining accounting records in Zoho Books, wherever required.
- Support improvements in accounting processes and financial record management.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Mandatory: Working knowledge of Tally, preferably Tally Prime.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Zoho Books.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping; freshers with relevant practical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
