Graduate Engineer Trainee

About the Role

• Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (NAPS)
• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Mechatronics, Electrical, or ECE.
• Experience: Fresher
• Gender: Male & Female

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement activities for raw materials, consumables, tools, and other production-related requirements.
• Support the preparation and processing of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Follow up with suppliers for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, and other departments for material requirements.
• Maintain purchase records, supplier databases, and procurement-related documentation.
• Track pending purchase orders and ensure timely material availability.
• Support vendor communication and supplier performance monitoring activities.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain data using MS Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Understanding of basic procurement and supply chain concepts.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Good analytical and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn purchasing processes and vendor management activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 65% aggregate marks throughout academics.
• No standing arrears.
• Candidate will be confirmed based on performance after successful completion of one year of training.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates residing in and around Sriperumbudur will be given preference.
