Job Title: Phlebotomist

About the Role

• Home Blood Sample Collection
• Responsible for collecting blood samples, performing ECG, and filling MER forms at patients' homes.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, patient care, and timely transportation of samples.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit patients’ homes for sample collection as per the assigned schedule.
• Perform blood collection using Vacutainer and other sample collection procedures safely and accurately.
• Conduct ECG procedures when required.
• Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and documentation of samples.
• Maintain cold chain and ensure timely delivery of samples to the laboratory.
• Explain test procedures and fasting requirements to patients.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• DMLT / MLT certification (mandatory).
• B.Sc Nursing / GNM candidates can also be considered.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Vacutainer blood collection (mandatory).
• Experience in home collection preferred.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
