About the Role
- Job Type: Full-time
- Average Hourly Rate: $24.43 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Support families in foster care, aiming to achieve permanency for children in the Managing Conservatorship of DFPS.
- Collaborate with biological parents to help them access services for reunification.
- Work to find a safe, permanent family-like setting for children if reunification is not possible.
- Conduct home visits.
- Attend court hearings.
- Work with community stakeholders, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), and others to build lasting partnerships with families.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Accredited Bachelor's Degree.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Complete a Predictive Index assessment (takes 5-7 minutes).
