About the Role

Join the KBS Crew as a full-time, permanent Warehouse Janitorial Associate/Cleaning Crew Member. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and contributing to workplace safety.

Work Schedule

• Days/nights vary, including weekends
• Shifts Available: Sunday - Wednesday, 6 PM - 5 AM
• Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Perform the following duties within designated work areas, as assigned:

• Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), and office areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing trash
• Ensuring all walkways are clean and tidy
• Cleaning totes and other items
• Performing deep cleaning, as needed
• Following all safety and quality standards
• Completing other basic janitorial duties

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Physical Abilities:
• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
• Frequent walking in and around the facility throughout the entire shift
• Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
• Document Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required).
• Technology: All non-exempt employees are required to download and use the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software on their personal mobile devices for clocking in/out, attendance management, training completion, and receiving employment information. Cell phone reimbursement is provided to support personal device use for work-related tasks.
