About the Opportunity

NSU Secure Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic Full-Stack Development & Digital Solutions Intern to assist in implementing websites, software features, CRM systems, and AI-powered business workflows. This role involves contributing to three key business initiatives:

• NSU Secure Solutions: Cybersecurity services, including VAPT and DPDP compliance readiness.
• Selgoniq: Website development, CRM, WhatsApp automation, AI automation, and custom software solutions.
• Access Nadu: Digital workflows and online service solutions.

This internship offers hands-on technical implementation, testing, and documentation, alongside participation in short promotional videos for Selgoniq.

Key Responsibilities

• Website & Application Development
• Develop and enhance website pages and landing pages.
• Implement approved website features and integrations.
• Test responsive layouts and functionality.
• Troubleshoot bugs and document resolutions.
• CRM & Business Solutions
• Implement CRM features for lead management and follow-ups.
• Support form-to-CRM integrations.
• Improve internal dashboards and business workflows.
• Build and test reusable digital solutions.
• AI & Business Process Automation
• Implement AI-powered workflows and approved AI agents.
• Connect business tools via authorized APIs and integrations.
• Automate repetitive tasks, notifications, and lead-handling processes.
• Test automation workflows and report failures.
• Access Nadu Digital Workflows
• Support website updates and online-service information workflows.
• Develop approved forms and internal tracking features.
• Collaborate with the operations team to understand workflow requirements.
• Test improvements prior to deployment.
• Selgoniq Promotional Content
• Participate in short on-camera videos explaining Selgoniq's technology services.
• Explain website development, CRM, and AI automation clearly.
• Prepare and practice founder-approved talking points.
• Communicate technical benefits accurately and professionally.
• This responsibility requires a willingness to speak on camera.
• Testing & Documentation
• Test features before release.
• Maintain project notes and technical documentation.
• Demonstrate completed work.
• Coordinate with the other intern on connected development tasks.

Who Can Apply?

• Students or recent learners from CSE, IT, AI & DS, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science or related fields.
