Course Content & Video Production Intern

About the Role

SproutZen is seeking a creative, energetic, and responsible Course Content & Video Production Intern for a remote role. The intern will be responsible for transforming research modules and scripts into professional, easy-to-understand educational videos and structured online courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert provided research scripts and modules into engaging educational videos.
• Create presentations, graphics, animations, voiceovers, subtitles, and other visual elements for course videos.
• Edit and organize videos into structured lessons and modules.
• Convert research information into an easy-to-understand learning format.
• Assist in developing complete courses, including videos, learning modules, quizzes, and assessments.
• Utilize AI tools and modern video-editing tools to enhance content quality and productivity.
• Coordinate with the research team to understand module objectives.
• Review and correct videos based on feedback.
• Maintain consistency in branding, presentation style, audio quality, and course structure.
• Complete assigned modules within agreed deadlines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Video Editing: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• AI Content Creation: Experience with AI video, voiceover, presentation, animation, or content-generation tools.
• Course Development: Ability to organize information into lessons, modules, quizzes, and assessments.
• Communication: Good English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Creativity: Ability to transform basic scripts into interesting and professional learning experiences.
• Prior professional experience is not mandatory.

• Students and fresh graduates with strong creativity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to demonstrate skills are encouraged to apply.
• Proactive, willing to experiment with new tools, and comfortable receiving feedback.
• Interest in turning research into high-quality educational content.

Working Expectations

• 6 hours per day
• 5 days per week
• Work from home
• Regular communication with the SproutZen team
• Ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of assigned modules
• Willingness to learn new AI, video-production, and course-development tools

Stipend & Benefits

• Monthly Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 based on skills, quality of work, consistency, and performance.
• Successful interns will receive:
• Official Internship Certificate
• Letter of Recommendation (LOR) based on performance
• Practical experience in course creation, AI tools, video production, research content development, and digital learning.
