About the Role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center India within the Technology Consulting practice, specifically in Application Evolution Services. You will be a pivotal part of the Software and Product Innovation group, focusing on Testing and Quality Assurance for AI-driven solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate complex situations, while also guiding and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting acceptance and automation testing to validate software quality and reliability.
• Collaborating with teams to manage defect investigations and debugging processes.
• Utilizing agile methodologies to enhance product management and program execution.
• Developing and managing test cases and environments to support software testing life cycles.
• Implementing quality assurance best practices to optimize system architecture and reliability.
• Engaging in AI-human collaboration to improve testing methodologies and outcomes.
• Performing data model testing and fault analysis to identify and address system issues.
• Leading documentation testing efforts to validate comprehensive coverage and accuracy.
• Applying analytical thinking to diagnose problems and recommend solutions.
• Facilitating communication and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement in testing processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
