About the Role
SourcingNinza.com is a growing technology-driven organization focused on building efficient and user-friendly digital solutions for sourcing and recruitment. This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in South Delhi/Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers.
- Implement user interfaces.
- Build and integrate APIs.
- Optimize application performance.
- Ensure scalability and security.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Review code.
- Participate in continuous improvement of development processes.
- Assist with troubleshooting production issues and supporting deployments.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills.
- Solid Front-End Development skills.
- Proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Full-Stack Development skills to work across the entire application stack.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar) and common web frameworks.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
- Experience with RESTful API design.
- Understanding of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and responsive design principles.
Qualifications
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, communicate clearly, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
