About the Role
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken Tele Marketer to counsel students, parents, and schools about our educational programs and services. This role is open to full-time and part-time candidates. Teachers who are free after 4 PM or on weekends are welcome to apply, and college students are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students, parents, and schools in clear English ( Hindi is a plus).
- Convert fresh leads into registrations through consistent follow-ups.
- Run email and WhatsApp campaigns, including follow-ups and updates.
- Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth onboarding of new students.
- Support the smooth execution of online exams.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (required) and Hindi.
- Working knowledge of email marketing and WhatsApp marketing.
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Canva or other online design tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Experience in tele-sales or counseling, especially in the education sector, is preferred (0 to 2+ years).
- Prior office administration experience is an advantage.

Job Type
