About the Role

Exposure to international taxation, transfer pricing, direct tax, setting up of AIFs, merger and acquisition, structuring and entity set-ups, valuation, RBI and SEBI regulations, audit, GST, and other similar work is expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with international taxation.
• Assist with transfer pricing.
• Assist with direct tax.
• Assist with setting up of AIFs.
• Assist with merger and acquisition.
• Assist with structuring and entity set-ups.
• Assist with valuation.
• Assist with RBI and SEBI regulations.
• Assist with audit.
