This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Manchester, NH.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts.
• Prepare mood boards.
• Create detailed space plans for residential and commercial interiors.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements.
• Select materials and finishes.
• Coordinate FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).
• Produce construction drawings in alignment with architectural standards.
• Work closely with contractors and vendors.
• Conduct site visits.
• Track project progress.
• Ensure designs are executed according to specifications and quality expectations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
• Familiarity with industry-standard presentation tools.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills.
• Strong Architecture and Construction Drawings skills.
• Strong FF&E skills.
• Strong visual, creative, and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail and material/finish coordination.
• Effective communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage timelines.
• Relevant education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Professional experience in interiors or architectural design is preferred.
