Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI-powered initiatives—from ideation to execution—that enhance user discovery, retention, or engagement on the platform.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to prototype, test, and scale AI/ML features using real user behavior signals.
• Design and implement people-centric workflows that improve internal team productivity, onboarding, and performance enablement.
• Analyze voice and behavioral data to surface insights, recommend interventions, and measure impact across user and talent journeys.
• Run A/B tests, track KPIs, and translate findings into scalable product or process improvements with stakeholder alignment.
• Act as a force multiplier—bridging technical, creative, and operational teams to accelerate delivery of high-impact projects.
